FAQ
Questions Franchisees Ask First
Straight answers about investment, training, and getting started. Where figures are legally sensitive, the Franchise Disclosure Document is the source of truth.
Investment ranges vary by location, size, and market. The full range of initial investment and fees is disclosed in Item 7 of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which we provide after you sign an NDA. Tell us your target market and we'll walk you through the figures that apply.
What training and ongoing support do you provide?
Pre-opening intensive training, on-site mentoring during build-out and launch, a proprietary site-selection database, factory-direct fixtures, a stable supply chain, and corporate-led marketing campaigns. Our operations team stays with you after your grand opening.
Will my territory be exclusive?
Territory terms are defined in the franchise agreement and discussed during qualification. We manage store density carefully so each location can build its own local following — ask about availability in your market.
How do I get started, and how long until I can open?
Start with a quick inquiry. After qualification review and interview, you'll sign an NDA and review the FDD, then sign the agreement and select a location. Timelines vary with site readiness and build-out — your development manager will give you a realistic schedule for your market.
Do I need food and beverage experience?
No prior tea or restaurant experience is required — our training system covers operations from day one. Business or hospitality experience is a plus, but passion and commitment matter most.
Can non-US residents or international applicants apply?
International applicants are welcome. Because you'll be operating in the US market, matters such as work authorization and business entity formation are discussed during your qualification review.
What is the FDD, and when will I see it?
The Franchise Disclosure Document is the FTC-required disclosure describing the franchise, its fees, obligations, and history. Financial performance representations, if any, appear only in Item 19 of the FDD. We provide it after you sign an NDA and encourage you to review it with your advisors.
